ICDL Americas held its first regional ICDL Forum on 24 March. The event took place online in English and Spanish and focused on digital skills for a competitive workforce. Participants joined from around Latin America and the Caribbean, with additional contributions from the global ICDL network.
Participants at the Forum discussed trends, needs and plans to address the current digital skills gap in Latin America and the Caribbean, and learnt from experiences from around the world, including Singapore, Nigeria, and China.
